Updates this cache, by replacing the existing cached driver information with the specified drivers. This will update the data kept in memory, as well as the data stored on disk.

Once the new data has been stored, all registered {@link DatabaseDriverCacheListener DatabaseDriverCacheListeners} are notified of the update. @param drivers a Collection of DriverDescriptor instances, representing the new driver information that should be stored in this cache. @thros DataCacheException if the new information could not be stored on disk.
