Writes a string to a file in this file store. @param path the path to the new file, relative to the root. @param contents the contents of the file to add. @param collisionResolver a collision resolver that will be asked to resolve the case where this file store already contains a file with the specified path, and the old file does not have the same contents as the new file. If this argument is null, it is up to the specific file store implementation to handle the collision as it might see fit. @return a FileStoreFile instance representing the file that was added.
